This is a superb apartment in a very central position just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco - light, spacious, elegant and very comfortable, perfect for up to four people as there is a fabulous large sleeping gallery with double sofa bed as well as a classic double bedroom.
This apartment has been newly refurbished, retaining many original features of the 15th century construction such as original beams and terrazzo flooring, while adding many ultra modern aspects such as parquet flooring on the gallery, wonderful lighting and integral air conditioning.
The apartment is close to excellent food shops selling fresh vegetables, delicatessen type food and wines. The water taxi can drop off only 30 metres from the house.
