How it works: before proposing an apartment we make sure that it matches our policy that is to guarantee the best quality at the best price, based on the basic value of: respect of the Venetian atmosphere, comfort, cleanliness and quiet. We are personally involved in assuring the high quality of the apartments offered and in doing so we carefully inspect each prospective listing and choose only the most suitable.

All the pictures in this site have been taken by us during the visits to the apartments. We personally know all the owners of the properties offered and have established with each one of them a relationship of mutual trust and confidence.

All the properties offered are in downtown Venice, ideally located to experience the town in an original way. All the apartments are provided with bed sheets, towels, kitchenware and electric appliances.

Also, to help you establish a relationship with an unknown town, one that has "the streets made of water" , we have a series of infoprmations, intended to help you in your daily life and to discover the less known sides of Venice.
